About the item
Fitting
1. Measure hinged side of door
2. Place carrier pieces end to end on flat surface
3. PRESS FIT Q-Lon seal into both carriers (DO NOT slide into carrier) ensuring carrier pieces meet end to end to create one long seal
4. Cut to size
5. Position and press lightly against door
6. Fix using pins provided
7. Repeat for lock side of door and top section
Tips
Tap pins only about 5mm into door frame just enough to hold sides and top seal in place - this allows pin removal to easily adjust seals for perfect fitting
Drill pilot holes using drill bit smaller than pins
Use nail punch when fixing pins to avoid hammer damage to carrier
