Wish I could put 0 stars. Clippers had been used- Had hair on them- blades did not line up for proper clipping. Did not get the premium guards that are listed in item description. No neck brush with item. I attempted to contact the company and go very very poor response. I tried to ask if I would receive the same poor quality if I returned and reorder product and they couldn't give me an answer to that. Basically said I could return for refund.

The husband (not a barber) has been doing his own hair since covid and this is by the far the best clippers yet. After the last one died I suggested getting a nicer one since he uses all the time now and these didn't disappoint. The quality and feel is sooo much better than the cheaper ones we were buying. He says they are easy, fast and efficient. Comfortable in hand, only need one pass over any area. I can see a big difference in how much nicer his hair looks after using these.
