An important component to integrating faith into recovery. As a society we have become reactionary to anything relating to faith. However, the need for a higher power and spirituality has not left humanity. Instead we set ourselves up for starvation by holding to an optional allergy to faith. This book provides the questions to ask about faith, instead of escalating people's reactivity.

I find the companion is a must have to go with the course. It causes me to slow down and get to the bottom of the issues. It forces you to focus on your relationship with God. Knowledge of the problem is not enough if you don't pursue the restoration. Following the book is helpful.
