This massage ball is awesome! It rolls super easy and stays really cold. I use it for shoulder pain and I also pop the ball out of the handle and roll it under my foot for my foot pain under my desk while at work. Recovering from a stress fracture in my shin and I've tried about a dozen different ways of icing, rolling, compressing, and healing. This so far has yielded the best results. Stays cool and rolls well BUT I use this for tension headaches and my hair gets caught in it 24/7 and it hurts, makes my headaches worse.

It’s definitely a COLD massage roller! Really though this is actually a great tool for my recovery, I have all the usual tools, foam rollers rolling sticks etc... but until now to really get into the individual hot spots I’d been using a baseball. Not anymore! This is great for targeting those really isolated hot spots on your body and getting them rolled quickly. Plus the cold feels amazing after a super hot workout.

Great roller, easy to use. Its nice it can be used cold or room temperature. Got it for my plantar fascitis at the recommendation of my physical therapist and it's worked great. Much better and less messy than a frozen water bottle that I was using.

Steel balls stay cold for hours! My hand gets tired and the plastic is not comfortable.

After trying every stick massager and roller out there, I was skeptical about ordering another. So glad I did! This roller is the answer to my cronic upper back and neck pain/tension. I can use it on myself to work on the knots and kinks or get help to really dig into my pressure points on my back. The rollers stay cold longer than I need and they are very easy to change out the from the single to the double. I even caught my husband borrowing it to work out some sore muscles from the gym!
