Great sound and great price.

Product is well designed on the aesthetic level, and works with Android phones (tested on Samsung Note 5); however, the volume button does not work for the Android. The mic on and off, and play/pause works. The sound quality was average based off my Bang and Olufsen A3 and A8. And definitely better than my old urbeats, which prompted me to purchase a new pair after my old ones broke. The sound on these ibeats are crisper and has more treble then the old urbeats, and sound less muffled on the same song. Songs tested in R&B and hip hop genres.

Good quality. It's good for listening to music,but it makes noise when talking.

This product works great. The ear buds block out a lot of sound, and once I got used to the fit, I LOVED them.However one of the reasons I bought these headphones is because they come with a 1 year warranty, which I cannot fulfill. I went to the Apple store, but they said since Monster made the product they could not help me. Under their advisement, I called Monster. Monster said they can no longer service Beats products, since the company moved to Apple. They gave me a "number" where I could get the ear buds serviced, which turned out to be Apple Care. I called Apple care, which repeated what I had heard at the Apple store, since Apple didn't make the headphones they could not help me. They assured me Monster would need to fulfill the warranty. I then called Monster back, and talked to a supervisor. I told them I understand they don't make these ear buds anymore and cannot service them, but I'd be willing to take a refund or another style of ear buds. They insisted there was nothing they could do for me.This customer service experience has been a nightmare. If part of your interest in this product includes the warranty, definitely do not buy these ear buds.

These earbuds sound great but they won't stay in my ears well.

Not worth your money

I'm very disappointed with this, even they are good sound quality, the input plug doesn't fit on my Huawei mate 7. How is this guys? how a brand like this does not make standard sizes?, Are these original stuff? even those imitations fit perfectly on smarphones, common guys be serious! I'm just not returning this package only because I'm located in Costa Rica (Central America). Please be serious on your sales at least provide specifications on what devices work just fine. I will have to sale this earphones to someone else, since I don't find useful for my android devises. This is a poor and shameful acquisition.
