£100 for a pillow? Wtaf

This pillow is there isn't enough filling, as a side sleeper, I need more support to sleep comfortably. But when you put your head in the centre, it leaves a dent in the middle. I switch to newentor pillow at a lower price thinking that it would give me support and it really works out. I am very impressed with newentor pillow and would recommend to my friends.

Is this pillow different from Hybrid® Firm Pillow on samba website ?

Yes , this is not the firm one , there are two Hybrid , this one and the hybrid firm

Do people find it remains cool in the UK summer season? I do have issues with needing to keep turning my pillow and hope this helps.

I don't know exactly what magic they use but the cool side is always noticeably cooler than the other normal side. I have noticed it does warm up a little due to the heat from your head but it goes cold again really quickly. It's the best I've found as I also like a cold pillow so yes I would recommend.

The pillow i received has 2 different sides, 1 patterned the other plain. is there a difference? as far as i can tell it's not the down filled version

The side with the pattern and the blue piping is the Stratos material, for temperature regulation keep this side up towards your head. We no longer us down in our products.
