Hellbound (DVD)Martial arts master Chuck Norris stars as the formidable foe to an emissary of Satan who appears in modern times after being freed from imprisonment by Richard the Lion-Hearted in 1186.]]> Review: Glorious action/horror movie - Chuck Norris plays Frank Shatter, a Chicago detective who finds himself taking on the emissary of Satan. The movie has a good backstory to explain everything. Then the action starts. Christopher Neame plays Professor Malcolm Lockley, who's real identity is Prosantos. Prosantos is trying to rebuild a scepter that will unleash the gates of hell, and it's up to Chuck Norris to stop him. The setting in Israel really adds to this. Is this movie cheesy? Yes, and it embraces it. This was the final release from the great Cannon Group, and has all of the elements fans had grown to love from them. It is a gloriously entertaining film from the 90's era. Review: Love it - This movie is awesome to watch because it has lots of action, awesome quality and great picture.
