Works well. Used in car for kids to charge their gadgets. No problems so far.

I got this unit to allow me to make use of the USB-C port on my new laptop, to provide additional USB-A ports as my laptop only has 2x USB-A ports. (Once my mouse and headset were connected I had nowhere to plug in external drives).This POSUGEAR unit looks quite sleek and generally works well, however the unit I received has a faulty USB-A port. (It works if pressure is applied to the external USB device - this suggests that the pins in the port are somewhat misaligned or don't protrude far enough).I only really needed 2x extra ports so I'll just keep it (can't be bothered with the returns hassle). But if the unit had been 100% OK on receipt I would have given a 5 star rating.
