I started taking these tablets after a friend recommended upping my vitamin D to help me get over a recover form a serious bout of the flu. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now. I find them easy to take as they are quite small. Although it's hard to really ever know how much a supplement is or isn't making a difference, I found thatI went from being in bed to being able to go to my work's annual convention within a week. I seriously didn't think I'd be well enough to attend. Taking these tablets was the only thing I was doing differently. On top of that, regardless of the flu, I would be looking to take a high strength Vit D during the winter months in England anyway, and I will be buying these again. I have been taking Vitamin D3 High Strength now for just over 3 weeks. Below are my pros and cons with this product.Pros:Muscles feel more loose and less achy (after a gym work out)Appetite stays reasonableIncreased energy overallCons:Can get heartburn - especially if you take on an empty stomach. I have been taking Vitamin D3 4000iu for some time as an essential food supplement. Considering luck of sun from October till Murch we are not able to absorb it from nature. Also being a vegetarian is impossible to take it from food. I have found this one's comper to my previous ones much smaller and so easier to swallow. They are tiny and will take less space when travelling if you wish to take all your food supplements with you like me. There is another good thing about them, namely, they have a tiny line in the middle and you can nicely cut them in half if you think the dose of 4000ui is too much on sunny days or in general. Overall I am happy with these tablets and good value for money.

Started taking these 6 weeks ago after finding out I was Vit D deficient (blood test - don’t self diagnose!) and the change since taking them daily has been massive. I didn’t realise how exhausted I’d been feeling, but after 1 week of 4000iu daily, I was already finding it easier to wake up in the morning, and after 3 weeks I actually had enough energy to start exercising after work, which is amazing (normally I’d get home and need to have a nap before even making dinner!) After 6 weeks I feel like a functioning human for the first time in years. Other changes (for me, will be different for everyone) include decreased dark circles under eyes, decrease in oil and blackheads, better circulation in arms and legs (hands and feet not freezing anymore,) and generally feeling much happier and calmer mentally.Works best when taken with biggest meal of the day, tiny pills, v easy to swallow and no aftertaste. So happy with the results and to have got these supplements for such a good price!(Be careful and don’t take more than one of these a day - 4000iu is the upper daily limit, and it’s important to monitor blood levels to avoid overdose and toxicity.)

I started having severe leg pain from top to bottom with absolutely no reasons why. Then I had my blood test done. My Vitamin D level was 17. The normal level should be around 90. I started taking these tablets (1 per day). From 7th day onwards, my leg pain started diminishing, and then eventually gone. I took these tablets for 3 months and had a blood test again. The Vitamin D level raised to 73. Now, I have a habit of taking one tablet per day or every alternate day.My wife was also deficient in Vitamin D but after taking these tablets she is also fine.I bought one bottle for my dad as well.

I have been really pleased with the product. I like to supplement with Vitamin D during the autumn and winter months because I don't get outside as much and worry that I won't get enough from food. This product is easy to take and great value for money. One thing that stood out to me was that it's tiny! I'm not a fan of having to swallow large tablets so the size of this one is very appealing to me. I have noticed that since I have been taking this I have experienced a reduction in muscle soreness following my workouts and I'm hoping it will help me to ward off any winter colds.

Amazing value for money. A whole years supply! You tend to only get one month supply for £2. The tablets are tasteless, super small and easy to swallow. They don't dissolve in the mouth as you swallow. I even got one a bit wet but it held its shape so well and was still able to swallow it without any taste what so ever.Vitamin d is the sunshine and happy vitamin, i have felt emotionally stronger and stable since taking these tablets and have been through a tough time. This will be invaluable during the winter months with less vitamin d from the sun. Overall thourghly impressed!
