So first off, this is a perfectly good clock. It's exactly what I wanted in terms of functionality and design. It's a lovely looking clock, even if the construction is a little 'plastic'. But as I just need this for a bedside clock for seeing the time in the middle of the night, it's perfect for that. I also wanted a clock with a silent sweep hand, again job done.However, and this the hilarious bit, the alarm is mental and must surely put itself in cult classic status for the tune alone. As the clock plays "the sound of silence" by Simon & Garfunkel. But it's soooooo pigging loud, that it's more akin to the Disturbed metal version. That is if Disturbed threw their guitars away and starting using late 80's Bontempi organs as their main instrument.Personally I won't be using the alarm, my phone is good enough when I do need it. But if you are going to use it, you won't have any trouble waking up I can tell you.I love this clock for it's look and it's usability...and for it's comedy value alarm.

Was a lot bigger than it looked in the pictures, but never-the-less an excellent clock. The light which stays on for a few seconds in the dark is a welcome addition. Would recommend.

Seems a good little clock, only had it a few days want it for when traveling so good size and clear numbers with light.

Bought for my mother as a replacement for her broken alarm clock. Lovely little clock that's easy to use and not too fiddly. Ideal for an older person who's dexterity mightn't be great. The inbuilt light is an added bonus for seeing the time in the dark. No ticking noise, which I like. Lightweight, so can easily be moved or taken on nights away. Print is also clear, making it easy to read.

The clock arrived on time. It is of good size, it looks good and it works well. So far I can say that it is definitely value for money

The clock is quite a good size for a bedroom clock.The face is very clear and the time is easy to read.However.... it isn't silent, far from it.It doesn't tick, but, the sound from the sweeping motion of the seconds finger is veryI set the alarm the night before to go off at 7 am on the following morning. The alarm went off at 8 am that morning.Overall, I am disappointed in this alarm clock.

I had to return this clock. It constantly ran slowly or stopped altogether, despite having new batteries. Unreliable and therefore not fit for purpose

Does what it says it does every thing working as it should very good .
