I wanted a baking sheet and saw this offered with the mesh grid and it is a Nordic Ware, this was a definite purchase.Likes: Great quality as I would expect. Love the grid, which makes baking certain things so much better. easy to clean. Makes a great tool to have around for a variety of dishes.Dislikes: None at all.Overall: Just get it. Price point is great. Great product, nice to have around

This is the second pan that I have purchased. I like them so much. I wish that I needed more sizes. They are very easy to clean and bake really well. If I am ever in need of any of the other sizes I will definitely order these.I just ordered a third pan. I can’t imaging anyone having a complaint about these pans. I am replacing all of my bakeware with these.

This pan is way better than any cheap, thinner one you might get from a local store. I bought a set of very cheap sheet pans that were much smaller than this one. There were two in a pack for about $3. They would "pop" and bend in the oven while being used, and also became heavily stained and browned in no time. This pan on the other hand, has been lovely. First of all, it is very heavy and does not warp or bend even if you try to bend it with your hands. It feels super sturdy and like it will last forever. It also doesn't "pop" while in use in the oven. And things that I have previously baked on a baking/cookie sheet have turned out slightly better just from using this pan. The fact that it has a raised design in it that elevates the food slightly seems to help with baking and browning.I noticed some reviews that mentioned getting dented pans. Mine was not dented in any way it just had some light marks or scratches at where the corners are. It is a very large pan, and I knew that it would be from reading the description. But seeing it in person makes you realize just how large the half sheet is. I needed to place it inside the refrigerator to let the butter in some biscuits chill before baking and it was a challenge to get it to fit in there. But with the temporary removal of a few items from the fridge, I managed.The rack that comes with it is also very nice and fits just perfectly inside the pan. It is also nice that the rack's lines are close to each other and run in both directions. There is no worries that any food you place on the rack is going to slip or fall through the rack. I have not used the rack in the oven yet but it is nice that it is oven safe along with the pan.Only complaints I have are that it does take some work to clean the pan up. I have had some brown spots where I have had to scrub a good bit to get it clean. It is not super hard but it does take some effort and a scrubbing sponge helps. And I have noticed some cloudiness showing up in the bottom of the pan. I don't know what is causing it. It hasn't affected the pan's use, it just looks a bit odd is all.

I bought this pan to make larger sized flat cakes for large groups. It is super easy to clean up and a three layer home made, from scratch cake, fits it really well. I have only used it two times so I am not sure how it will hold up over the long haul. Excellent choice for large casseroles or baking.

It's nicely made. The pan is thick gauge, & the ridges make it pretty strong. The rack is sturdy, too. The pan is aluminum, so it's going to be prone to discoloration if you clean it in the dishwasher, and to pits if acidic barbecue sauce drips down and bakes on. Discoloration won't affect the pan's performance. You can season aluminum cookware the same way you season cast iron, which gives some protection to the surface and makes baked goods release easily. The advantage to not having a coating is that you can turn the heat way up. I'll update if the coating on the rack flakes off. For now, it's great!

Is this an effective baking sheet? Yes.Is it visually unappealing? Also yes.Do you realize quite how cheap it looks when you purchase it? No, that’s an unpleasant surprise for when you open your package.All in all it checks all the boxes for a baking sheet and is fully functional, it just might not be your cup of tea aesthetically. Be mindful of that before purchase.

How many times have you roasted a bunch of chicken on a cookie sheet, only to have it spill over the sides? One too many times for me, which is why I ordered this pan. It's aluminum, very sturdy so it doesn't warp, and I usually just line it with foil when I'm using it, so cleaning is basically nothing. It's frankly just right!

I bought these specifically to have some nice new cookie sheets for my Christmas baking. They worked so well. They are a good value for the price. They heat evenly and are easy to clean. They have not warped at in the oven. I have used then many times for other baked goods, vegetables, etc. I would buy them again.

These sheets had my recipie turn out perfect. They cleaned up easily. They are my favourite sheets now.

Estoy tan contenta de haber encontrado estas charolas! Tienen el tamaño perfecto para mi estufa. Me encanta el relieve que tienen porque siento que hace que las galletas queden un poquito levantadas y se doren mejor (aunque tal vez es solo mi percepción).

Meiner Meinung nach sind dies die besten Backbleche überhaupt. Gute Größe, gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung, einfach zu reinigen. Mit ein bisschen Sorgfalt halten die Jahrzehnte.

Perfect size pan. Not warping. Going to buy second one.
