We have had the Solar Animal Repellent for about two weeks and so far, no further attacks on our koi. While the information does not specifically mention otters, the "cute " (my opinion of the critters has changed significantly!) animals have not been back. The customer service from Broox is excellent. I have had several email conversations with them asking for guidance and they had responded quickly and thoroughly. I cannot hear the ultrasonic sound, but younger folks with better hearing do pick it up. The lights are effective and not overpowering. The design of the product is sturdy.
