I exercise almost daily with it.
Bought it (at Rs. 599/-) for balancing exercise to address the imbalances I had aquired in my legs because of regular road running. Being an amazon basics item I was not expecting it to be very sturdy and hoped for it to last a few months till the imbalances very addressed. But to my surprise, the item has held up really well despite me exercing on it almost every day. I mostly do single leg balacing and the cushion has provided excellent support. My weight is around 70 Kgs.The only con I have observed till date is that, when you inflate it a little extra, the cushion develops a deep crease and it seems to be revealing some sort of poor material used in making it.I would still recommend to go for it.

Decent one but got used item
Strong plywood with grip on top. Hope it will last for long time. Definitely can withhold > 100kgs. Got a used item but retained as the scratches in the base is less
