Anybody know if this will work w new M1 Mac ok pro?

NO. As of 2/21/2021, this device does NOT work on the M1 MacBook Air.

It come with the cable for pc, usb to usb-c?

Yes it comes with a black usb to usb-c and think its 3 feet or so. I am using a Mac but as soon as I plug it in; it shows up and lets me switch my sound preferences with no issues.
