Does it work out power output from gps/speed or separate speed/cadence sensor

In theory it ought to be able to ... and that was what I was expecting too. However, I've yet to work out how to do it. The instructions are no help on this and I can't find any help / advice on-line either.

How can I connect the cycling computer to my Strava

The computer connects to an APP called XOSS, from their you can tell it to automatically upload to Strava and Training Peaks. Alternatively you can connect it a computer an manually upload the fit files.

Can i download gpx files from this device to my mac computer?

Don't know if you can download directly from the unit to your Mac (or PC) but you can link the app to Strava (which keeps your data saved in the cloud) and download the files from Strava.

Hi, how is cadence and power calculated without a wheel attachment and would this work with a spin bike?

Speed is calculated off the GPS with a speed sensor is not attached. Cadence is not calculated, you require a cadence sensor for this. CooSpoo have 3 types. I do know know about its use with Spin, sorry.
