Does this support transactions via EToro?

After you have done transactions of Crypto Currencies on eToro, for instance, Bitcoin, you can send from eToro account to SecuX W20 to store. Before doing so, you should check the support list of SecuX W20 (https://secuxtech.com/supported-coins-tokens/) to include the Crypto currencies that you trade on eToro.

How can i recover my crypto if the hardware fails?

When you start to use SecuX W20, you will receive 24 Recovery Phrases and need to write down so as to keep in safe place. In case of Hardware fails, you can use these 24 Words to recover from any other Hardware Wallets who can accept 24 Recovery Phrases. W20 only keeps your private keys. Basically your Cryptos are always on public blockchain, they will not disappear. You just need to use private key to match public key on blockchain to claim your ownership of Cryptos.
