Highly recommend!
Highly recommend stethoscopes! Great quality! Comfortable ear pieces with great audio! Easy to use! Accurate! Could be a little longer is my only complaint but that is a personal preference for my personal office setting and set up.

Very loud and clear
Really loud and clear! Well worth it. Compared to the mcf I used for two semesters thus is much, much, louder!

Lives up to its hype, but HEAVY
This is supposed to be THE stethoscope you get when you want a good quality stethoscope. It definitely is. The ONLY thing is that is is much heavier than the Littmann II because the chest piece is a heavy metal, whereas the Littmann II chest piece is lighter and more comfortable to wear around the neck. I do find the III DOES have better sound projection as described. Literally “weighing” the options on which one is overall the most practical for my own needs. But, it’s is a beautiful product!
