Q: How can i remove the top?

No offense, but if you have to ask me, then no, do not do it. I put myself and maybe Amazon into a position of liability by answering this question. Only qualified electronics technicians should remove the top.

Q: Can the rotating turntable be used outside in weather?

No, definitely not. For lightweight items only.

Q: Can you make a custom order for this product? I am looking for a stand that can rotate up to 0.3 sec per rotation, possibly with adjustable speed

The remote for this turntable has a lot of variable speed options but i don't think it's made to go that fast.
