ABC Extra Hot Sambal Chili Sauce, Stir Dipping Indonesian BBQ, 11.3oz / 335ml (Pack of 2)

I was introduced to this particular chili sauce in the early 1980's, when, as a guest, I was invited to dine in the officer's mess aboard the Bogasari Lima, and later on the Bogasari Empat in both Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. This relationship lasted for several years, until the Bogasari grain ships started loading wheat grain out of Seattle or British Columbia.All of us have since retired or passed on now, but I still enjoy this sauce... and credit it for keeping me feeling a young 50 - in each of these past twenty years!Twice in years past, I was able to purchase a 24 or 30-bottle case out of California. Once at an LA farmer's market (in a brick building selling only Hot sauces) and later via a distributor who shipped it to me. When I last contacted that source, via e-mail, they either didn't carry it - or couldn't ship a case to me because I'm not a wholesaler.I've been down to my last bottle for a while now, and using it sparingly to make it last. The California importer sent us the Amazon link to this chili sauce. My wife and daughter each placed an order for me, and I no longer need to use sparingly.Try it yourself. You'll look for more and more food items to put this on. It's that good!

Not spicy but better than ketchup. Use it as an alternative.

This is the third time I bought this sauce but the previous sauce that I get is good, I don’t know what happens with this sauce I bought 4 and all of them like that I was thinking it’s fine and I clean 2 of the yesterday but after I smell it the smell is different and I throw it already

Use it for my eggs in the morning adds good flavor can't complain. To lazy to head for asian store so why not buy here.

Great hot sauce. Gives Sriracha a run for its money. This would be better if packaged in a plastic squeeze bottle!

This is completely different with sambal ABC that I've been consumed over 30 years. It's spicy and rich. Not sweet. I dont think this "sambal" originally from Indonesia.I am Indonesian and I know how was the real taste.I give ZERO Star if I could.Don't waste your money for something that belong to garbage. I buy extra spicy sambal ABC, NOT EXTRA SWEET .
