Alan's Bridal Blend 4 Ounces by Chef Alan Tetreault

I love the flavor and the fragrance is delicate and sweet, you can smell it once you open the box.

I really really like this flavor. This flavor is included in Alan Tetreault American buttercream recipe which is also fabulous! The favor is not too strong but has a nice balanced smell and taste. Works nicely with a variety for fillings too.

I bought this for my first big wedding cake job...i watched Alan use so many times I had to try it..the famous bridal blend..smells great of the top...used it both in the cake and more in the buttercream... all complimented each other very well..everyone who had the cake loved the taste,,i was well complimented for my work...yaaayy...and quantity wise it is very potent so the bottle should last a while.

Best flavor and aroma of anything I have ever used. Shipping was great and product was just as pictured.
