They taste good and stay in your mouth for a long time. They are soft but do not seem to harm your teeth like soft caramel. I cannot attest to the anti-stress properties as it's hard to tell, but this is why I take them. Perhaps a healthy placebo.

It was for my son who gets really bad anxiety. He was going to this soccer game in a this big stadium and he knew it was going to be one of those days because of th me amount of people etc. he took one before going in and took another while there and he said he felt more at ease. He felt that he was able to mange his anxiety better and he was able to enjoy the game.

These are getting me through a tough loss with the grieving process. Also other life stressor that pop up periodically. Can't leave the house w I thought them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the product itself as it seems to help. It’s the tin it comes in that I have a problem with. Once it’s been opened, I can never get it to close again and I end up having to put it in another container.

While the product it's self was good and liked the flavor, for a product that is designed to reduce stress the packaging itself it's hard to open and induces more stress and frustration just to take the lid off.

It’s okay. Leaves a after taste but it’s its okay
