This is my favorite fidget to provide my students. It’s small and quiet so it doesn’t distract others! Super useful during quiet work time.

I really want to eat most of the fidget toys on here but I know it’ll hurt my teeth. Liked to play with this one though. Fit perfectly in my hand and not too loud.

I’m not a fidget aficionado by any means, but my block was getting old and noisy and I saw the guys on Dope or Nope on YouTube review this kind of fidget and thought that looked great! It’s small enough to keep in my pocket at work (I’m a trainer so watching other people work is part of my job, and sometimes I get grabby so this helps keep my hands to myself to let them learn without me interfering), and carries well everywhere! I’ve used fidgets to help me quit smoking and I’d say almost 3 years later, they’ve done their job as I have yet to go back to that nasty habit. It’s quiet, mindless fun. Highly recommend!

I love the simplicity of this fidget gadget and I keep a supply on hand to give my therapy clients to use in school or business meetings.
