Great Peanut Thai Sauce
I have ordered this Peanut Thai Sauce several times before. Can't find it in any of our local grocery stores anymore. Great flavor and consistency. For each packet, Mix one can of coconut milk together with both packets, add crushed peanuts in sauce and add some over the top of dish in your serving bowl as a garnish with chopped up green onions with Pad Thai noodles. Provides enough for 4 - 5 servings. You won't be disappointed.

tasty
We like it. It is fine by itself, but my kids especially like it when I combine this product with the small jarred peanut sauce, most of a can of coconut milk, more peanut butter melted in to the sauce, and a little bit of cayenne (so the nice spiciness doesn't get diluted). We use the sauce with sauteed veggies for our vegetarian, and with sauteed veggies & chicken for the other kids, served with jasmine rice, and some chopped scallions and crunchy peanuts as garnishes.

gourmet Thai made easy
If you're reading this, you love Thai peanut sauce - me too! But...I want the chicken or tofu and vegetables I prefer in the dish, and I stray between wide rice noodles and egg noodles, depending on my mood (always keeping both in stock!) I always add a can of coconut cream (not milk) to this, and some dried red chili peppers, which I remove before serving. Without the chili peppers, this is NOT spicy AT ALL, so spice to taste or not. I've made elaborate peanut sauces from cookbooks requiring umpteen spices, some of which I'd have to shop for, and the result was never much better than this. Therefore, I buy this in bulk!
