I like the size since I am only cooking for two. The lid is a great feature for being able to store the leftovers. Very satisfied with the price.

I had ordered what I thought was the original form factor Pyrex dish with a lid - the kind without the handle holes. Instead, I received the new style dish and lid (I think it's referred to as an Easy Grab dish). It's actually the same dimensions and volume as my old OLD original style dish, so I figured I'd try it out. Long story short, it works great. And the lid means I can keep my meat loaf in the baking dish to store in the fridge. And the handles actually do make it easier to manipulate.

I like baking dishes that have lids - no fighting with plastic wrap or crumpled foil for leftovers! This one is a nice clear medium-sized glass baking dish that is suitable for cakes, bar cookies, casseroles, etc. The plastic cover cannot be used in baking, but is perfect for covering finished recipe.
