Not as advertised
It’s a nice size of a product. It does charge my iPhone (your own Lightning cable required). It did fine with my iPad Pro12.9 (2018) and also charged it relatively fast. My one and the biggest complain is about the MacBook Air M1 2020. Although the advertisement states it’s supposed to charge it, The unit I received doesn’t want to charge my MacBook. It only supplies with power, but it doesn’t charge it. I think I will need to give it back…

Great for most people
TL;DR:This charger is dense. It is compact yes, but do not think compact means light weight. It weighs a little over half a pound (.66lbs). This is lighter than my other 20,000mAh chargers, but it does deliver slightly less capacity than those. It’s cost efficient compared to other and works well with a few limitations. It can charge my S8 over 4 times with power still left. Comes with a USB-A to Type C cable and an oddly included USB-A to micro-USB cable (I would have preferred Type C to Type C). I have included some pictures comparing it in size to my smallest 10,000mAh pack along with a few others.Performance:This charger claims 20,000mAh and after testing a lot of portable chargers I know that does not mean you can charger a 4,000mAh battery 4 times. Most brands give capacity at the packs battery voltage and this one is no different. After testing at 12v, 9v and 5v I have an idea of what capacity you can expect.12v @ 1.5A = 4,923mAh9v @ 2.0A = 6,505mAh5v @ 3.0A = 12,178mAhThis was done at max supported current for the given voltage on USB-A port 2. I do not have a huge issue with these numbers since it has a circuit that is ~82% efficient at converting power at 5v. It is not that much worse than my other packs and when you consider the size it is a fair tradeoff. The problem I have is they overrepresent the product in certain categories. First off, the product cannot output 5A at 4.5v like it states in the manual. I do not know if this was a typo or just overconfidence, but after about 3A the voltage sag is tremendous. I have included photos to show this. My other complaint is I was unable to charge at 12v on any of the 5+ chargers I own, and this was using multiple cables. It is more annoying to say it does and then does not than to just say you can only charge at 5v and 9v like a lot of other power banks I have.Charge times from empty:PD Charger (USB Type C to Type C)9v @ 2A = 6hrsNon-PD Charger (Supplied USB-A to Type C)5v @ 2.9A = 7hrs 23min9.2v @ 2A = 5hrs 36minQuality:I have never heard of this brand and the packaging looks like a supplier mass produces these and the brand slaps their name on it. That being said, it feels well made. The plastic case is sturdy and made with good quality plastic that should handle a drop or two. The 4-dot led display is nice and will glow green when fast charging or discharging. This is a nice feature if you want to know if you are in a higher voltage fast charge mode or only at 5v. The cables supplied are not the highest quality, but it’s not a big deal if you already have a cable you like. I am interested to see how the batter holds up since it looks to be a LiPo in the pictures and I have had issues with those in the past.Overall:For the price it’s an excellent choice and I would recommend this if you are looking for something around 20,000mAh. I don’t know how long it will hold up, but I will keep using it and update this review if I have a failure with the pack.

Small, uncomplicated block of power
This is a really simple block of portable power at a great price. The trend in power banks seems to be adding more and more unnecessary things — wireless charging, LED displays, etc. But, for me, I just want portable power at a good price and no frills. Usually I'm just trying to minimize weight and size, since the whole point is to be able to take the power bank on the go.The biggest benefits of this power bank are:• It's relatively small. About 2.75" wide x 4.25" long x 1" deep.• It's relatively light. About 300g. (An older 20,000mAh bank I have is 360g.)• It has LED lights to show 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% full.• It can charge quickly via USB-C.The downsides are:• It's a VERY plain plastic case and not especially attractive.• The product images here on Amazon sometimes make it look smaller & thinner than it really is.• The POSUGEAR brand is unknown to me, so I'm unsure about long term quality or customer support.I'm not equipped with tools to test whether this really holds the full 20,000 mAh of power, but I can say that I charged an almost completely dead iPhone X and it barely made a dent in the capacity of this bank. So my initial impression is that it's certainly more than the 10,000 mAh bank I typically use on camping trips and seems very similar to the other 20,000 mAh bank I own.I'll also note that the brand name is very subtle on the case. In the product images, it looks like it's printed in white ink on a black case, but in reality it's printed in black ink on a gray case, so it's very subtle. Also, I was worried that the low cost of this device might reflect a lack of safety standards, but I see that it has the same certifications (e.g. CE mark, RoHS mark, FCC mark) that my other power banks have.Tentatively, I'm happy with this power bank. It's a lot of power in a pretty compact form and a great price ($22 at present). I'll be using this on some upcoming trips, and I'll update if I have any issues.

Good mixture of size and power
There is a place for a small battery pack and a place for a large one. When I take my iPhone, my iPad Pro out for the day and are working, I need a large capacity pack just in case. This Posugear (not Popsuger) battery power bank is not for that use case. This pack is small. I take this pack when I am only running around town with my iPhone for extended period of time. I put this power bank in my small sling bag with a cable. I know if I run out of power on my iPhone I can charge it up -- because I need my phone for directions (Apple Map), payment (NFC) and communication. This pack is well made of plastic. You can feel the seam in the middle of the case. There is a small button hidden there for checking the battery level. The level is displayed on a set of very tiny LEDs -- I like this understated design. While the case is small in width and height -- it is quite think. So take that into account. It does not really fit in a pant's pocket.Overall a good affordable small battery bank for running around town.

Either it is terrible or I got a dud
I have a feeling that this power bank is not 20000mAh.Two reasons:-- If anything, I think it's 2 x 10000mAh. Each USB output connects to one 10000mAh battery inside, and the power bank contains two units of 10000mAh.-- Each USB output stopped working after around 25-30 minutes, which for 10000mAh is way too fast.I have another power bank rated 10000mAh and I know how long it should last for.

LAMENTO COMENTAR QUE ESTA BATERIA ME LLEGO EN MAL ESTADO. ESTABA USADA. LA CAJA DETERIORADA. PARA CARGAR EL 50% NECESITÓ 5 HORAS Y ESO QUE ERA DE CARGA RAPIDA. CARGAR EL ORDENADOR PORTATIL HASTA EL 70%, REQUIRIÓ 11 HORAS. LA DEVOLVI PUES ME CONSIDERÉ ESTAFADO. AMAZON ME TRATO MUY BIEN. ME REINTEGRO EL IMPORTE EN CUESTIÓN DE HORAS.
