The new door lock looks really nice, but the manual to help you install it is written in really poor English, so I find it disappointing that they would take so much care to make a sleek door handle but drop the ball completely on the manual. How hard would it be to hire a freelance person to make a decent manual? Also they included 3 normal keys which I have no idea what they are for, and find no explanation for this in the crappy manual.
