Pitiful
This thing is so whimpy. Three small teacups and it sags down! Which defeats the purpose of the gadget to begin with, because you've saved no space at all. Not to mention you can't even use all the hooks with cups. I wish I could get my money back for this.

I am sure that this product is very good however, I bought this item to use in my camper, but was not small enough to fit in the spot that I needed it to fit, It was to wide and took up space. Measure you space twice before you buy!!

Too flimsy
This was very flimsy and didn’t hold more than two mugs without sagging so low the next mug hit the shelf.
