Perfect
Awesome for PC use.Function:Connection is strong, had no issues with signal strength or input lag. Works perfectly with my PC on windows 10.Feel:The textured grip on the back of the handles feels very nice. Buttons are well made and don't jiggle like on the PowerA controllers, triggers feel nice as normal, and the shoulder buttons feel like they will last (usually the first part that goes) D-Pad is well made too.Design:Green under the joysticks is very vivid, the grey makes a good contrast. Maybe I will pick up a custom controller with a throwback color scheme aligned with the original XBOX or 360.Conclusion:Great controller, Microsoft really moved forward without messing anything up, which is almost impossible for big companies. These controllers will last me years.

It’s a good controller
I’ve had the controller for a little over 6 months and it’s been reliable and worked well for me. I’m not one that button smashes or eats greasy foods while playing video games, so I can’t say to that effect how durable it is, but if you’re the average user, this will work just fine for you. Looks really slick too.PS: I don’t know if this is a feature of every Xbox controller, but it comes with software updates every once in awhile so if you ever have a hard time connecting to your headset, go check that out in the controller settings. I was super surprised to find that’s why I wasn’t connecting.

My new favorite controller
Having owned Xbox 360, dualshock 3, and dualshock 4 controllers, I decided to finally buy an Xbox One controller and see what I've been missing out on. I gotta say this is the most comfortable controller I've ever used. It's lighter than the DS4 and 360 controllers but is slightly larger than both of them. The triggers are large and concave so my fingers fit snug into them. The buttons have a good clicky feel to them, and the d-pad is much improved from the 360.The force feedback is the best I've experienced yet. In Forza Horizon 4 when I use the LT for heavy braking, the force feedback activates strongly on the left side and it's like I can feel the weight of the car through my hands. It blew my mind...in fact as I type this i can still feel the after effects of the force feedback. Is that a good thing? I say yes. This controller also connects to my generic cheap Chinese bluetooth dongle I bought from Amazon some time ago. I use the dongle to connect my DS4, but now I use it for this controller as well. Setting it up was as easy as going into the bluetooth settings in W10 and holding down the little connect button between LB and RB. Another thing is that the controller can be turned off the same way the DS4 can: by holding down the middle button. With the 360 controller you have to pull the battery pack if it's wireless. So this controller is a great upgrade from the 360 controller, and a good side-grade for the dualshock 4. Not having to buy a separate wireless USB connector/dongle is great as it'll work off bluetooth. My only con as that the right trigger on my controller scrapes against some sort of plastic on the inside. It makes an audible sound when I pull the trigger all the way and I can feel it scraping against whatever it is. It doesn't effect its usability though so I'm fine with it.

Great controller but wrong color and came with Spanish papers.
I ordered the gray/green one because I thought it looked pretty cool. In “your orders” it even showed the gray/green controller. When it got here I was surprised to see it was a red color. I thought it might just be the box that was incorrect. however when I opened it the controller was red too. I read the cereal code and it said red green which is even stranger. I will keep the red one because it doesn’t really matter what color it is and I don’t want to go through returning it. All in all it’s a good controller I would just advise keeping the fact that you might get the wrong color in mind. The controller comes with two double a batteries. It also came with 14 free days of Xbox game pass. However all of the papers were in Spanish. It also came with a sketchy Chinese dealer paper.

Great fit and finish, seems well made.
Nice texture to the grip area, all the buttons, switches, D-pad and thumb sticks work well and as smooth as butter. Connected and calibrated very well. I think this is a good product and I hope it stands up as well as my old model 1697 (this one is 1708). My only complaint is (not worth docking it a star) the shipping was late by a couple days. And this last year it seems to be that way on many Prime items (stop blaming Covid on everything!) I would rather pay less for Prime and get an honest delivery date. I hope they are paying attention. And not going the way eBay did. But, if they do - someone will fill the vacuum. That is what they did!Very Pleased With the Controller though.

Works great on Win10 PC
I have 2 controllers for my Xbox One that can't be paired to PC via bluetooth without an adapter. Those options can be difficult to find the new version and be sure that you'll get that vs the old one that has a problem. I spent the money on just getting this controller instead. Works great in the PC gaming world and I'm happy that I did it.Why are the controllers STILL this expensive, though? Especially since there isn't a rechargeable battery included!I do like that SONY's PlayStation controllers have built-in rechargeable controllers compared to these that use AA's. You can get rechargeable packs for them, but have had bad experiences with the packs made for the controllers, even straight from Microsoft. If you want rechargeable, I recommend rechargeable AA's. Paleblue makes Lithium AA's now that work well in it.
