Keeping levels at bay
I'm no novice to the workout world but am in no way a doctor by any means but if you are currently on a strong workout regimen Dim is always a must to help with certain hormone levels so you always want to make sure it's part of your routine. I feel much better knowing the longer in my routine I like to be safe orderless, tasteless, but very effective. This item is so well priced and the container was sealed properly and the product arrived fresh, awesome item like I said I recommend it for sure.

Working so far

Significant Side Effects
I was directed to take this to bring my estrogen down but can’t speak for the efficacy of this supplement because it gave me debilitating headaches (I already have migraines) and caused severe night sweats and vomiting in the middle of the night. I can’t ride this out long enough to see any benefit.
