Product Description Vitamin K2 (menacinone) is a type of vitamin K. The vitamin can contribute to normal blood clotting. Therefore, a lack of vitamin K can lead to unwanted bleeding. Vitamin K can be found in many foods such as milk, spinach, cabbage and other green vegetables. Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin.
