I have been taking CoQ10 for a few years now but haven't seen many with this high of potency. I also like the liposomal version as it is easier assimilated by the body. This supplement has helped me to get my blood pressure back into a normal range and I will keep taking them because they are so much healthier and safer than using pharmaceuticals that always have a hundred side affects! The pill is a little large but in a gel capsule which makes them go down much easier, they have no smell or taste and you only need 1 per day. I bought these supplements for my elderly mother and I to take for our heart health. The gel capsules are smooth, large, and soft. They can get slightly sticky in the heat, but they are still relatively easy to swallow. They have no off-putting smell or taste. We have been taking them for a while and we have had no ill side effects. My mother's blood pressure and affect seem to improve while she is taking these. I don't have any glaring health issues, so I can't really tell much of a difference for myself. Overall, I am pleased with this product. I think this is a quality supplement for the current price.
