Jesus Knows Me

A simple to understand book for children that explains how lucky we are to know Jesus, and that Jesus knows us, and knows us well.

Great little book with a wonderful message: Jesus knows me and everything about me (my age, my feelings, what I like, when I pray, etc). It's perfect for the child who wants to turn the pages quickly, since there are short sentences on the pages. My 16-month old loves the illustrations and will sit and look at the pages on her own too. As one reviewer mentioned, there is a page that includes infant baptism. I'll attach a photo to my review. We don't practice infant baptism at our church, but to me the message of the book is greater than one illustration.

I really like the message of this book. Just to be aware: there is a page with infant baptism.

This is a darling book, but those considering purchasing it should know that it contains a page (drawing) of a Catholic priest baptizing a baby with sprinkled water. I was hoping for a more general Christian book which would appeal to people of all Christian faiths.

board book that I will give to my 2 yr old niece

We got this book as a gift for his Dedication a couple of years ago. We're now on our 2nd copy, since it was so well loved. :)It's one of his regular bedtime favs, along with "Oh, David", "Backyardigans Jungle Colors" and "The Going to Bed Book".As an added bonus, my wife & I happen to greatly resemble the mom & dad depicted in the book. It's almost freaky.
