Is this metal or plastic?

It’s a standard Gillette Sensor Excel, so the handle is mostly plastic, with a “chrome like” insert. It is not flimsy in any way. I have had my current handle for about 20 months and it is still in excellent condition. My previous one lasted about 5 years.

After purchasing the Sensor Excel razor with 2 twin blades plus 1 triple blade, I would now like to buy some triple blades which are the correct ones
