Good pan; good value
I've been looking for a small "wok" pan similar to one that I've seen Jacques Pepin using in his Cooking At Home series (check out Chicken with Yams, for example). This is pretty close. And it's a nice pan...heavy, easy to clean, good heat conduction on my glass-top stove, and about the right size to cook for 2-3 people. It comes with a nice vented glass LID that has a heat resistant handle. The handle for the PAN comes (oddly) detached and you have to screw it on yourself with 2 stainless steel acorn nuts provided. No big deal; it took me about 1 minute. (I'm guessing the handle comes detached in order to make it a more compact package for shipping). I like that the bolts holding the handle on are not rivets that penetrate through to the inside of the pan, thus making the interior smooth and a little easier to clean. Some may worry about the long term structural strength of this design, but it seems fine to me.At a price point of around $40, I think it is a great value...probably less than half the price of the big name brands. I expect to use this pan for everything from soups to stir-fry. I highly recommend!

Nice small wok.
I have a larger wok, but wanted one for when I'm cooking for just 1-2 people or making a side dish. This wok works well. Good quality stainless steel and well made. Comfortable handle. Lid fits well. No complaints.

Amazing Wok Pan Worth every penny
Amazing wok, it's the perfect size and can be used for all purposes, and it's worth the money. It's not sticky. The heat distribution is good and doesn't smoke. It's also very easy to clean, and no need to worry about scratch marks

Good wok but not non-stick
Very heavy and sturdy wok. The glass lid is great. Size is great. The only thing I'm not crazy about is when you cook anything with garlic which is sticky or things with sugar content, even using oil or cook spray you end up with a film on the pan which turns dark brown while cooking. All I do when this occurs is fill it while hot after cooking with hot soapy water and let it soak until I clean it. Sometimes have to use a brillo pad on it to get it all clean, but it holds up to the brillo because its stainless, so that I like.

Great quality
I like the 3 ply material and overall finish. Great for cooking. Definitely not non-stick but that's not what you're buying them for.

13 inch not for flat electric
I really wanted to like this wok. I actually very much liked the screw on handle. I always have trouble cleaning around the handle of most frying pans. It's stainless and once you've gotten used to that it's just like it's supposed to be. It is thin so it heats up quickly and responds to heat changes. But here comes the rub. On anything that is very flat, like ceramic or glass radiant heating elements, the bottom of the wok pops out when heated and the wok will spin around like a top with the slightest touch. Not a good situation. If you have gas or maybe even calrod type electric heat it will probably be great. But anything like a glass top this one, at least didn't work. I will say that I've had this same issue with very expensive tri-ply pans of the larger size. You just can't ignore physics. It wins every time. Perhaps a smaller size would work better? But I would definitely buy from this company again for something like a disc bottom pan!

The Removable Handle and the absence of the annoying protruding knob or rivet inside the wok.
Being able to remove the handle make washing the wok a lot easier; since if the handle is fix on the wok it gets in the way of washing the wok, usually with a fixed handle when you wash the wok-the handle would bump all over the place around the sink. The bolt used on the wok to secure the handle has a thread that seems to be made of a hardened bronze which probably will get strip before the screw welded on the body of the wok; therefore it is probably best not to over tighten the bolt screw. I used a Number-10 stainless steel washer (not provided by the manufacturer) between the bolt and the handle hole in order to get a better grip of the handle when the bolt is tightened. The handle of the wok is amazing it literally does not get hot even at medium heat. The wok gets a bluish tint color when too much heat is used while cooking; however after washing I just use a diluted vinegar solution to get rid of the bluish tint (I saw this trick on one of the youtube videos on the web). Overall it is very good product especially because you can remove the handle for easy washing, and unlike a fixed handle with a protruding knob or rivet inside the wok which of course could sometimes be cumbersome to remove the debris around this knob or rivet which would take more time in washing the wok.
