Excellent Skid plate/needs a few more parts
This is an excellent skid plate. It appears to be well-built and I do like the finish and paint on it. If you want to run the skid plate on a stock truck, you will be good as is within included parts. If you want to run the skid plate on your lifted truck. It’s going to require some additional parts. I have a. 3/2 Ready Lift. I have all the spacers installed that comes along with the 3/2 ready lift. The spacers do include spacers for the front differential. I am running a winch bumper which has lower mounts pictured that attached where the hooks used to be. The skid plate bolts directly over that bracket without any issues. You will require some additional bolts and spacers if you are running a differential drop bracket for one of the spacer lifts. You will need 2 - Class 8.8 M8-1.25 x 90 boltsH# 880687And 1 - Class 8.8M8-1.25 x 120 boltH# 885797I got both of these from Lowe’s. You can push up on the back of the skid plate and drill if you have a CAT skid plate protector like I do and then bolt it right up. You will also need 6 washers per side and the spacer the skid plate kit includes and the spacer that comes with your 3/2 ReadyLift or Spacer lift kit. For the center spacer that comes with the kit you need 6-8 washers and the spacer from the 3/2 ReadyLift kit plus the skid plate included spacer. See pic.It would be great if they included a couple spacers that are longer than the ones included. I’ll be machining a couple custom ones to fit. Other than that it’s pretty starting forward. I did the install in about 45 minutes. After removing my factory skid plate and an oil and filter change. I did however have to run to Lowe’s for the bolts. I also purchased 4 Stainless steel washers to go on the bolt heads and used 3. I had the other washers used for spacers already in my shop. I’ve done the legwork though and. Ow you can see the pics of exact pkgs from Lowe’s to get what you need.

Well Worth it!!
This was so easy to install and well worth the money! I would certainly purchase this again if we bought another Tundra. The fit was perfect with no trouble at all aligning it with the holes. Plus it looks so much cleaner underneath now and the easy to be able to change the oil is the best think ever!!

Fit good to truck, couple minor issues. Quality piece.
Overall fit to my Sequoia was good. Two things that I ran into - the removable plate for oil filter access did not fit I had to enlarge the holes and bend the tab where the threads were to get it to fit. Does not come installed. Second was the long center screw was a flat head screw and the hole had no countersink. Didn’t seem like was the right screw. Otherwise holes all lined up. Packaging was a bit flimsy but good value overall compared to TRD plate.

Happy after install.
I'm happy with this product after installation on a '21 SR5 Tundra. The stock skid plate sucks and you have to remove it to replace the oil filter. This skid plate has a removable plate that makes it painless to access the oil filter. It's also much sturdier than the original, at a fraction of the price of an OEM TRD skid plate. The instructions are near worthless but if you have some mechanical sense, you'll be able to work it out. Would definitely buy again.

Just like OEM
Finally got tired of dropping the original skid plate every time for a oil change on my 2015 Tundra. I run a 2” lift with bilstein 6100’s, along with a diff drop to keep it all in line. So I had to pair this skid with the TRD skid plate drop kit bolts from readylift to accommodate the clearance needed. Wasn’t too thrilled about dropping my front tow hooks with the kit- not sure if you can see the aluminum spacers- but was able to pick up some extra metal space plates and retain my center Jack point. Otherwise it bolted into the right spots and doesn’t rattle at all. It’s 1/4” solid HEAVY plate. Absolutely a upgrade to my existing, rusting old one. Will have to remove for diff & transfer service, but that’s about ever other year for me. Took about 2hrs by myself without being in a big hurry, used my shop Jack to balance in place as a second set of hands to then bolt in. Looking forward to saving 30+ minutes of time every oil change now.

Does not fit to 2017 tundra
This clearly was not made for my 5.7 tundra. I had to hammer it into shape just to get the front to lineup with the tow hooks. No other holes lined up. I would absolutely return it if I had not had to alter it just to get it to partially fit. Hopefully, it will not fall off on the freeway.

Don’t wait it’s awesome
Duplicate of trd at less than half costAccess to oil filter is great and easy with 5mm allen socket.Protection is fantastic!Thick aluminumThe bad is install, directions suckSmaller bolts forwardSmaller spacers forwardCommon sense goes a long way with this install just referred to instructions to get the bolts on the right place. Remember to takeoff the tow hooks in front leave everything loose and then install the tow hooks last then tighten everything. Patients and a few beers don’t hesitate though, excellent product
