Coil burner defective after 1 month of use
I bought this coil burner on August 24 and have used it consistently to light coco nara coal for my hookah. It worked perfectly, with great heat output. All of sudden it stopped worked. When I turn the dial, I hear a click and the red light operation indicator button turns on. But the coils no longer get hot. It’s defective after 1 month and since I’m outside of the return window, I cannot get a refund. Disappointed.
