I found the fastest way to get the sponges to full size (and dry) is by quickly rinsing them under water, wringing them out, then throwing them in the dryer with a dry towel on low heat for a half hour or so. Work great!

They look very small and compressed upon arrival, but following the instructions, I wet them, squeezed, and let dry. They puffed up to full size like the photo. The fabric is a very soft, nice microfiber. I have no doubt these will work well for various needs: tile work, in the car - windshields and such, and other applications.

Description advertises (and shows) 8 pieces. Only 6 came in package.

Ordered these to use as a ceramic wax applicator. By the time they arrived (25 days later), I was finished with that project but instead used two to apply regular wax to my wife's car and granite sealer to a kitchen island. Here's my experience with them:1. They are as described in the listing. The microfiber fabric wrapping the internal sponge is soft and seams are not a problem.2. The sponge fits nicely in the hand, not too big, not too small.3. After following directions for "inflating" the sponge (soak in water, wring out, let dry), the two I used didn't quite match the described thickness but I assume they are still a bit compressed and over time will become thicker.4. For both projects, the sponges worked nicely and left no marks on their own.In sum, for the price this 6-pack is a good value and they work well. The only issue is the length of time it takes to get them (ergo, 4 stars). Recommend.

These are a versatile applicator pad. Most directly, these are a good sized, medium strength sponge wrapped in a microfiber cloth cover. The pad is a nice large, hand sized pad. The sponge is firm enough to relieve finger pressure point on the surface. The microfiber is of normal weight and there are no issues with the sewn thread being scratchy.These make a great, soft, surface for the application of automotive polishes, ceramic sealers, etc. Of course they can be used for applying sealants to any smooth surface as well.When they arrive they are solidly compressed and need to be soaked in water to fluff to final form. If you aren’t using a water compatible product you will need to wait until they dry before using. The dimensions in the ad are accurate. Pretty useful applicator at a good value.

Shipping on took quite a while. Ordered Oct.19th received Nov. 9th. They come compressed but the product fully returns to form when opened. These are great for applying ceramic coating to your vehicle. There was no streaking or excess lint when applying. worth the wait.
