This is the best watercolour i've ever used. I'm on a budget but i wanted good quality paper, i heard cotton is best. This 100% cotton watercolour paper is outstanding and it doesn't leave my pockets empty. It handles lots of water without forming puddles or warping, it stays straight, it's got a great texture and it's strong paper. It's not as bright white as printer type paper, this watercolour paper is more a slightly off white. It's been a pleasure to to use and i've now purchased this paper multiple times. The best paper for watercolour painting that can be found at this price point, that's for sure. I've included some pictures of some of the watercolour paintings i have completed using this paper.

Paper is good - was hoping one side would be smoother but both sides are the same.Also it bleeds easily after using a rubber

It doesn’t feel or behave like an artist quality watercolour paper, or like what I would expect from 100% cotton. It is a decent enough student quality paper.

I love this paper! So much so, i have ordered another two. It is excellent value for money as cotton paper is so expensive. I would recommend this paper especially for beginners who dont want to/cant spend a lot on materials. I only hope it stays at a reasonable price!

Good value for a pad of cotton paper of this size. Looking good and enables water colour art to be reworked without damage.

I would question whether this is 100° cotton! Or even if it contains any cotton. Do not buy for watercolor painting!!

Probado para un curso de acuarela comparado con los de algodón e incluso de celulosa de canson el pigmento se ha dispersado de forma desastrosa al usar las mismas técnicas y cantidades de agua... ya con la primera capa de agua decidí no seguir gastando tiempo y material. Dinero tirado.

The media could not be loaded. Ho comprato questo blocco da disegno perché volevo provare una carta spessa 100% cotone. Nel complesso mi sono trovata abbastanza bene, ma ho notato qualche difficoltà nella gestione dell’acqua.La carta è effettivamente spessa e sembra di buona qualità, con una resistenza buona. Essendo 100% cotone la texture è piacevole e si presta alla maggior parte delle tecniche ad acquerello.La struttura del foglio sembra non piegarsi anche con uso sostenuto di acqua, ma non la consiglierei per tecnica bagnato su bagnato.Quando uso una quantità maggiore di acqua, la carta tende a lasciare contorni troppo accentuati, come se assorbisse acqua in modo non uniforme.Questo può risultare fastidioso se si vuole ottenere un effetto sfumato, ma per chi preferisce un controllo più netto del colore potrebbe non essere un problema.A mio avviso è un blocco da disegno che può funzionare bene per disegni dettagliati e piccoli ma non per lavaggi ampi o tecniche più fluide.PRO:🟢 Buona per disegni piccoli e dettagliati🟢 RobustaCONTRO:🔴 Assorbimento dell’acqua non uniforme🔴 Lascia i contorni dei disegni molto accentuatiDirei nel complesso un buon prodotto ma con qualche limite.
