only one issue
Great case! Only issue i have is the way it was shipped...it was doubled over, folded and put into a small box. But after I received it, I put my cues in it and it even had an extra sleeve for another shaft perhaps for another spare shaft or for a retractable bridge! Nice job guys, good product!

Great bag! but the zipper needed help
The case is perfect for what i need break cue, jumper, 2 playing cues... plenty space for accessories.... Zipper broke the 1st week.... it is a double zipper.... I removed the one slide and stitched the bottom where it came loose.... now i have the one slide for the whole length... it works... but qual Control should think about the zipper and finishings.

Great bag to carry everything
I keep needing more space! But this pretty much solved it. I can fit all my equipment in the bag (minus the balls) although you could probably throw them in there, I wouldn't wanna carry it. Sleeves have had no issues after 20 outings and bringing out 3 cues. The backpack straps are a big plus, and they tuck away nicely if you want. Considering this was $30 and I'm using it over my expensive cases, I'd say I'm very satisfied. It feels like a seatbelt but I'm not sleeping with it...

Review REVISED!!
Thought it came without shoulder straps but they are in the zipper portion. Like the product and works awesome.
