We use for our own couple therapy-we have a book each- We use them as a form of CBT, we compare our thoughts and reflect. It’s helpful, easy to use and good quality. Interesting quotes to keep with you throughout the day. Reflection topics are also useful and can be used for any gender.

I really love this journal. Great little daily quotes to inspire, and enough prompts to spark introspection and goal setting without getting too 'in the weeds'. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a way to capture (quickly) your goals and set the course first thing each day. Also, the color is much better in person! Bright and cheerful.
