Product looks attractive but technically this is so bad quality. Sound quality not good, sensor not working. Even can not trust Amazon now a day. I am facing technical issue and Amazon customer care person Mr.Shiv and his manager Mr Vinod explained their policy which not to help customer. This is totally harassment. Thay said do not trust on Amazon. Management is changed and they are trust worthy. Better try to but from other source instead

Not as expected
While the phone may be considered value for money, especially in the hands of older generation, I felt it's UI is too obsolete.The System Launcher is too primitive and it doesn't support any Widgets, and I had to install Infinix XOS Launcher. Surprisingly, even Poco Launcher 2.0 was not compatible with this Poco phone.Also, there are very few options in Settings, compared to that of Redmi phones (My mom had been using Redmi 7A all this while).The phone also seems slow, even after System Update, and the touch pad does not run as smooth as expected.System Apps like Contacts, Messages, Calendar and Dialer are also primitive.Camera is sub-standard.Pros:5000 mAh BatteryFast Charging Adapter.Gorilla Glass protection.Large Screen.Fingerprint Sensor.

Stock android, c type charger and elegant design
It’s a 4G phone (no NR/5G) and it’s already mentioned, so it’s a great phone in this price but user interface may seem a bit problematic for new users due to stock android. Many loopholes in software such as no data speed option is there. Looks elegant and charge is c type, a plus point. Rest is ok but not that good as in poco c55 etc atleast.
