Surprisingly good - makes a huge difference
I was skeptical about this thing for the high price, but really tired of trying to keep my pool floor clean with the awful, water-wasting vacuum hose system attached to the skimmer drain. My inground pool is 20' x 40' so it's alot to keep clean and yard is wide open and alot of sand and debris blows in, building up on the bottom over time. I run this bad boy 2x or 3x a day. It took about 4 battery charge runs to thoroughly clean the pool and I have kept it that way. After five years of pool ownership the water and pool floor has never looked better. Literally crystal clear and the nicest looking pool I have ever seen. The wall climing mode works well, too, though I usually just run it on the bottom. I estimate the robot runs about 60 mins per charge. It's pretty cool to watch it working, but also unobtrusive, you can of course still swim while it's droning away cleaning the bottom. It's easy to clean the skimmer basket, and remarkable how much fine sediment and microscopic, but gritty, sand it picks up. This robot is the next best thing to having a pool maintenance company stop by every day. And in that sense, probably pays for itself in a week. I wish I bought it years ago would have saved countless hours of nuisance labor using the alternative methods to keep the floor spotless.

It works!
Love this pool vacuum cleaner! Very easy to use and does its job well. Just charge it then put in the pool and pick it up about an hour later. Rinse the basket and charge it again for the next day use. A neighbor’s tree has plenty of small leaves that goes in our pool. This saves me a lot of time and effort cleaning the bottom of the pool. A bit expensive but worth it. So happy with this purchase. Got it a few weeks ago and I just hope it lasts a long time.

Died after 2 runs; customer service was incompetent
This product worked exceptionally well…twice. Then it wouldn’t charge or turn on. Simply died. Had it for less than 2 weeks. Called customer service to avoid returning it for them to ask, “did you press the on button?” Uh, there is not one. Then they told me they’d put in for a trouble ticket and someone would get back with me in 48 - 72 hours. No. Then Amazon refused to return my $ immediately upon return because it was a “high dollar item” despite it not working. Don’t buy this piece of garbage.

Great Customer service
We love the design and quick charging. But it only runs for about 20 mins before it dies. I usually have to recharge it a couple of times before the pool is clean. Not very practical. I’d recommend a corded version.EDIT: Their Customer Support reached out to me and offered a replacement right away. 5 stars for great service!

A game changer in keeping my pool clean...
I've used automated pool cleaners before with varying degrees of success. My two biggest issues were 1) the unit climbing steps and getting caught, and 2) not picking up very fine sand. This model solved both those issues. The ability to set the unit for "floor only" keeps it off the steps, and the debris basket is much more fine than previous cleaners I've had. Definitely the best pool cleaner I've ever used.

It does everything it was advertised it would do. At
I like The fact that it is battery operated it charges pretty quickly, then you put it in the pool after you program it to do the bottom or the bottom and the sides and it goes to work. The basket is super easy to take in and out and cleans easily with the hose. Did a super good job of cleaning in the ground final liner pool. good value for the money this is the third cleaner I have had and I like this one the best..

Takes 2 charges to get pool clean / collection basket not sturdy
Have to run it twice to get leaves from bottom of the pool. Not excessive debris but the cleaner blows leaves out of path. If you have time to run it, charge it again and run it again, no complaints. Collection basket is not sturdy. Hook to pull out of pool not sturdy. For the price, I would expect it to clean with one charge and be sturdy.

Quality Pool Cleaner
After fully charging the unit, I placed the robotic pool vacuum into the water, where it quietly and efficiently navigated the pool. It not only tackled the pool floor but also scaled the walls, removing even the smallest debris with ease. The debris basket is spacious, capable of collecting everything from fine particles to larger items like sunken leaves.Though its pace is on the slower side, the cleaner’s thoroughness makes up for it. Plus, since it moves at a relaxed speed and doesn’t have any hoses, you can stay in the pool while it’s working without any risk of getting tangled up. The option to adjust the settings and focus solely on the pool floor is a useful feature. Importantly, it’s gentle on the pool liner, leaving no signs of damage. The difference it makes is noticeable—after it passes, the pool floor feels noticeably cleaner. Overall, it’s an excellent, reliable cleaner that does its job well.

so far so good
Cleans the bottom in a random fashion but more methodical on walls . My pool is rectangular with sloping base , manages the corners after a few tries and hasnt got stuck on steps yet. As stated in advert it wont clean the steps and gets into within 25mm -50mm of the right angles corner.Hope this lasts the course as certainly does the job. I need to let it get on now and stop watching it working

Review: AIPER 2023 Seagull Pro Cordless Pool Cleaner Robot
The AIPER 2023 Seagull Pro Cordless Pool Cleaner has completely transformed my pool maintenance routine, and I’m genuinely impressed by its performance. Right out of the box, this robot feels like a high-quality piece of equipment—solid, well-constructed, and ready to tackle even the dirtiest pools. I was initially hesitant, given that my pool is just a modest setup from Walmart, but this cleaner exceeded all my expectations. One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to select different cleaning modes. Since my pool isn’t very large, I usually set it to clean just the bottom, which it does efficiently. It’s designed to handle more significant challenges, but it’s versatile enough to cater to smaller pools as well. I was also pleasantly surprised by its wall-climbing ability, which adds an extra layer of thoroughness to the cleaning process. It even takes care of surface debris when it climbs the walls, which is a fantastic bonus. However, the robot’s weight in water does make it a bit challenging to retrieve, especially if you’re not as strong or mobile. This could be an area for improvement—perhaps a self-returning feature to the charging base when the battery is low could be a game-changer for those of us who find it difficult to lift. Despite this, the robot is simple to set up, and once charged, it’s as easy as dropping it in the pool and letting it do its thing. The cleaning pattern might seem random at first glance, but it does a surprisingly good job of covering the pool. I found that it works best in rectangular pools, although it can get a bit confused around obstacles. If you have a larger pool, there’s a chance it might not finish cleaning on a single charge, but for most standard-sized pools, the 2.5-hour battery life is sufficient. Charging takes about four hours, which is reasonable considering the run time.In terms of convenience, this cordless model is miles ahead of the traditional, wired units I’ve used in the past. It doesn’t require any complicated setup or Wi-Fi connection—just charge, choose your cleaning mode, and let it run. The debris filter is easy to access and clean, which is another plus. While it may not get the pool as spotless as I would manually, it’s certainly clean enough for regular use and has freed up a lot of my time.Pros and ConsPros:High-Quality Construction: Feels solid and durable.Versatile Cleaning Modes: Options for bottom-only, wall, or both.Long Battery Life: Lasts up to 2.5 hours on a single charge.Easy to Use: Simple setup and operation without the need for Wi-Fi or apps.Effective Cleaning: Does a great job on the bottom and walls, including surface debris.Cons:Heavy in Water: Can be challenging to retrieve due to its weight. No Self-Return Feature: Could benefit from a feature that brings it back to the base when the battery is low.Potential for Confusion Around Obstacles: May need a second run for thorough cleaning in larger or more irregularly shaped pools.Final ThoughtsThe AIPER 2023 Seagull Pro Cordless Pool Cleaner is a robust and efficient tool for maintaining your pool with minimal effort. While it’s not perfect—particularly in terms of retrieval and obstacle navigation—it’s a significant upgrade from manual cleaning methods and wired alternatives. If you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use pool cleaner that will save you time and keep your pool in good condition, the Seagull Pro is an excellent choice.
