Q: it says 'single' or 'plus keyboard and mouse combo' in the payment options above.. if i buy a single will i only get a mouse, or keyboard?

My order doesn’t say, but the keyboard +mouse set price I paid was £33.20 in 2020

Q: are the keyboards and mouse not silent/quiet designed?

The keyboard seems about as noisy as any other I have used. The mouse makes the usual microswitch clicks.

Q: How do you connect the keyboard to the pc? the usb receiver is plugged in but it is still not working?

It is a wireless connexion using a single USB dongle for both keyboard & mouse. Neither keyboard nor mouse has an on/off switch, BTW, but they automatically power down if not used for a period (not specified).
