Well built compact quiet and cool great choice for a quietpc build
I was in two minds on deciding on Silverstone NJ450-SXL, as it is only provides 450W, and is slightly taller than most SX PSU which are traditionally more square than rectangular. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Even gaming at 1920x1080@120Hz on a large 55" screen is super smooth. It fits perfectly in my Streacom DA2 build, and mounts vertically towards the top front of the PC case allowing the nest of wiring to drop down and connect with the motherboard ATX power connector. The plastic coated wiring is quite bulky, but I managed to neatly stash them away just below the space under the PSU next to the motherboard. The PSU is heavy for such a small piece of kit as the casing is made of bulletproof solid steel and acts as the heatsink for dissipating the heat generated by the PSU. Thankfully Silverstone are true to their word, that the maximum temperature of the PSU should not be any higher than 40degC In use. In real world use, the temperature to the touch felt way less than 30degC, and because the PSU is fanless and completely sealed and surrounded by solid steel, it does not interfere with the airflow in the case. Because the casing of the PSU is so efficient at staying cool, I have decided to mount an additional SSD against the side of the PSU without risk of overheating. These PSU are selling like hot cakes, and amazon seems to be offering the best deal on them at the moment. 3 years warranty from Silverstone is also a bonus

SST-NJ450-SXL | Pricey but oh so quiet
Look at a proper PSU review on this at jonnyguru, pcper and kitguru for the technical stuff. As for my experience, 100% happy. As being a rather quiet freak when it comes to computers, every other SFX/L PSU is far too loud for me. I cannot hear a single thing unless I put my ear right near it whether it's under load or not. No fan to make noise itself or by the sound of air. It is bliss. Especially when it's night where you'll hear your PC the most. In this case not a single thing. The cables are standard SilverStone affair on their modular SFX PSU. Flat black ribbon style cables and being relatively short, fitting for an ITX rig. Nothing special. The PSU itself looks nice being that's it's just a black finned box. The PSU is surprisingly heavy, it feels very dense. 450w is plenty for a gaming rig, I wouldn't try to overclock a high end computer with this PSU. Stock settings and this'll chug along silently perfectly fine. My only real complaint is that SilverStone hasn't included the SFX to ATX bracket adapter like in the past. Rather minor since I doubt you'd use this PSU in a standard ATX/Micro ATX build anyway.Go to the above mentioned places for a proper PSU review. Otherwise it has been serving me very well so far.

Very solid piece of kit
Nicely engineered, heavy and compact with solid metal fins. Be warned, it doesn't come with a backplate to fit an ATX case of micro-ITX case. For either of those, you'd need an additional backplate adapter (at the cost of another tenner). At £150, it's eye-watering expensive, but that's the price you pay for silence.
