Value for money:The best thing in this pack is the banner. Best quality banner for a birthday I've bought in 6 years. It's flag material with metal illets for hanging. The cupcake toppers and cake topper leave something to be desired, but still cool and useful!

Stock photo Misleading
I got mislead on stock photo. The one i circle is not included or it could be missing. I thought that will be included. I got the thin banner, balloon and cake toper (top only). I gave 3 stars as neutral. I will not buy this if i knew the one i circled is not included. I thought that was cake cover included as a cake topper 🤣
