Clear sound, good quality
The sound quality is clear, and they are surprisingly powerful for such a compact size. I love the color-coded design—blue for left and red for right—which makes it super easy to use. They fit snugly in my ears and stay in place even when I’m on the move. The charging case is sleek and charges them quickly. Perfect for everyday use.

Surprisingly good!
Bought these 2 weeks ago as I needed something quick and cheap to replace problematic aids. I have moderate hearing loss with significant tinnitus. Having used hearing aids anywhere from $99 to $3,000 i was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality of these aids. Positives: natural sounds, great clarity of speech, simple charging, charge lasts all day for me. Negatives: the (nylon?) Tips really irritate my ear canals making them very itchy but I'm working on that. They are bigger than I would prefer with the red and blue colors slightly visible. However the main purpose of these is the sound quality and what I'm experiencing so far rivals the best aids I've used in the past. I like the 5 volume levels, with me only needing the first 2. The sound is natural, language clarity is excellent in my case. Don't notice a big difference in the programs but who cares, my hearing is much improved. Would rate 5 stars if not for the itchiness and size. Anyway would highly recommend.

Best gift I ever got my dad!
So far these have worked out great. I bought them for my father and he said they have opened him up to a whole world he forgot existed. He can hear so many things he hasn’t been able to hear anymore. He loves feeding the squirrels around his hose and he said he can now hear their little nails scratching on the porch and he can hear their rain drops on the metal roof now. He said he thought he wasn’t able to snap his fingers anymore but turned out, he just couldn’t hear it! Before my dad missed out on so much of the conversations when the family would get together. If you didn’t speak very loudly and slow while looking straight at him then he wouldn’t be able to understand what was being said. We had to constantly repeat ourselves and it was frustrating for him as well as everyone else trying to visit with him. These have been such an amazing help though. He said they are very comfortable and so easy to use. I’m so glad I got these for him. I believe it is money well spent.

Revie of Flaygo JH-490
I bought these in April of this year, and they worked great. When I first got them, I tested them by listening to my TV, about five feet from me. I had the volume set really low and heard the sound like it was at normal level. When I took the amplifiers out, I couldn't hear the TV at all, and my hearing isn't that bad. I was amazed.Unfortunately, after a couple of months, the right earpiece failed. No sound. I emailed Flaygo, using the email address found in the instruction manual. Yang Jing from Flaygo got back to me in about a day (big time difference), and after a couple of days of emails, and my trying the suggestions for trying to get it working again, my order with Amazon was canceled and the full cost of the amplifiers was credited to my account.Because of how well the amplifiers worked, before the one failed, I've gone ahead and ordered the Flaygo GM-915T. Excellent amplifiers and excellent customer service.

Doesn't Hurt the Ear Cartilage
What a difference the right hearing aid makes! These hearing aids are not bulky or heavy and they do a pretty decent job. The button is very easy to use, 5 different loudness settings and 2 clicks for "restaurant" mode. I love how this setting because it brings the sound to the foreground without making it tinny or loud. It's like isolating all the unnecessary noise to hear the clear authentic sound! The extra tips provided are really helpful for comfort & positioning in the canal. They DON'T make the cartilage hurt!!! You don't know how many sets I've returned because of this problem. I have to say that I can hear myself breathing or chewing but it's not the primary sound and I can live with that. The only time these aids screeched at me was when I handled them incorrectly. If you're trying to put them in the wrong ear or upside-down, they will whistle but they immediately stop when you correct them. I'm much happier with this set and they are a Keeper!

Amazing devices!
The Flaygo hearing aids provide for a crystal clear hearing experience. I have worn them for two days and have appreciated the ease with which I can control the volume. I'm delighted that a low cost amplifying hearing aid has two programs, one for noise canceling and one for normal environments. Today I was watching television and the central air conditioning kicked on. I switched the hearing auds to noise canceling mode and the sound from the air conditioner definitely took a back seat to the television. The only things I have concerns about after two days are 1) after a few hours my ears begin to itch from the rubber tips. I plan to try changing to different sized tips to see if that helps. More concerning, while wearing them even though the sound is clear, it sounds like what one experiences when their ears are plugged up by water after a swim in the pool. When I talk I hear that “stuffed up” sound. Additionally, even when the microphones are turned down the sound of my heels hitting the floor when I walk sounds loud. I will experiment with the tip size to see if I can correct these concerns in that way.
