My new daily driver
This is a nice controller. I've always used a PS controller for PC gaming, but not anymore. It feels great in your hands, the extra buttons are functional, placed well, and easy to program. Having different profiles for different games is awesome. Battery life is good. Charging station is sleek and functional. The price is totally reasonable for what you get. I would recommend this controller.

Very nice for the price!
Very nice controller just wish the shape was a little different as in wider grips to make it more comfortable. The software was nice and simple no issues with that. I do perfer 4 back paddles but the two shoulder buttons were nice and easy to get to being how the controller is smaller. Will end up returning just because it's a little small for me this controller for the price is amazing for what it is. The charging dock is very nice and it looks clean sitting on the desk.

Good controllers but pay attention to the differences between models
The 8Bitdo Ultimate 2.4G Wireless Controller feels nice in your hands. The buttons, joysticks, triggers, and d-pad are all nice. Connecting to my Steam Deck was easy, but the 8Bitdo software, which is used to download firmware updates and/or custom mapping, doesn't work on your phone, Steam Deck, or Chromebook, so that may be an issue for some.Note: The Ultimate 2.4G only has two extra triggers on the back of the controller while the Ultimate 2 Wireless controller has the extra back triggers AND the extra bumper buttons next to the R1/R2 and L1/L2. I missed this detail when ordering mine and will likely exchange controllers for this reason.I also purchased the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless Controller Black Myth: Wokong controller, and I also recommend this as a stripped-down version that works well on my Steam Deck. The Ultimate 2C version has hall effect joysticks/triggers and the ability to program buttons without requiring the 8Bitdo; however, it lacks some of the other features on the more expensive Ultimate 2 controller like 6-axis motion control, ring lights, etc. Yes, it's confusing.

The best controller on the market for the price
The perfect upgrade to the original 8bitDo Ultimate. Improved upon in every way. Same durable hall effect with more cool tech packed in. A controller that wont get stick drift and will work on multiple platforms for the same price as a bog standard xbox controller. The superior choice

Solid controller
Works great, I use with Steam Deck. Reconnects easily, comfortable to use, nice weight. Never had an issue with the charging dock. Nice color, too.

Great Product - Connects to iPhone
I really like it. It's a little smaller than I'd like but it's really great for the price. One concern I had was whether it would connect to my iPhone, it does! I am able to connect to my iPhone via bluetooth and play games via Steam Link.

A Good Controller with Disappointing Downgrades
I had used the Ultimate Bluetooth controller for years and I absolutely love it. I especially enjoy using the gyroscope built in for certain games like Monster Hunter. When I caught the announcement for the Ultimate 2, I ordered immediately, but I also grew skeptical due to certain features not living up to expectations. To get this out of the way now, this controller feels great. All the buttons feel great. The sticks are really nice. Having the extra shoulder buttons are great, and having gyro work while still functioning as an Xbox controller is a huge plus. The major disappointment? Absolutely no Switch support, which is fine given that this is intended for PC. Why is that a problem? Gyro feels really off. Instead of being customizable to say mapping to a mouse, or supporting games with native gyro support like Monster Hunter Wilds, it instead mimicks the analog sticks. If you were to aim with the Ult BT vs the Ult 2, it's smooth handling is night and day. Not to mention one time, gyro eventually stops working and caused insane input lag whenever I tried to activate. There is also no bluetooth for PC gaming, which is ok since it has an adapter included, but apparently it does have Bluetooth, but it only works on mobile devices. I really don't understand why that is. Maybe the range is reduced?I want to love this controller, but the gyroscope killed it for me. If you don't care about it, you might love it. Otherwise, stick with the Ultimate 1 or the SN30 Pro 2.
