Exactly as pictured & quality is amazing. It was packaged & wrapped very well. It has nice compartments that hold my large wallet very well. I have room for everything in this bag.

Love this bag! BUT —- although it is exactly as advertised ——mine arrived yesterday missing one ‘pull tag’ from one of the three inside zippers. Won’t return it as I just left for 2-month vacay and don’t have the time to wait for replacement. Would love seller to send another pull - or a coupon for a new purchase.

Alright - right off the bat I loved the way this bag looked. I wanted the larger sized and ordered the “tote” version. It never arrived but said it did on this app. I checked the door, checked with neighbors. It was nowhere. No photo of it at my door was provided either. When I placed the order Amazon warned me that this product looked to be sold for high than other places sell it for but I ordered it anyway. I spoke with customer service and they were so nice and gave me a full refund for not receiving the product. I did decided (after looking at other leather bag options and not liking them as much) to reorder this same bag. This time it arrived. Quickly as well. It is 15” by 10” and the compartments are accurate as well as straps. The brown color is really nice and not orange like I worried it would be. It has a dent but that’ll go away. I like it. Still wish I didn’t have the hassle but it is far from the end of the world and now I have this pretty bag.

I wish this purse come in a slightly bigger size!!! Still love it and the compartments and durability as well as I gotten compliments

10 day review:This bag is beautiful! I didn't notice a smell when I first opened the package, like others have stated. The quality appears to be higher than I expected. It has a buttery smooth texture that proves to be able to withstand dings and scratches, I am really clumsy. Zipper quality is withstanding so far.It's a great bag for the price. The only con: it isn't as large as it appears. I could go for just a touch deeper and longer, but that's truly it.

It has some pros & cons but may work for others as this is cuz of how I organize my purses & I've downsized ALOT over time & what I carry is my basic items no overfilling of any size purse. There's a few things I like & several I don't. Now it's cuz of my preferences as others have different preferences so this is for info. 1st off there was a little chemical (fishey smell slightly) smell. I opened the pockets for it to air out overnight & it lifted. I started putting my downsized items in & wasn't alot of room. It's a pretty color & soft but pretty sturdy & stands on its own. It does get a bit heavy with added stuff but not too heavy. The handles are sturdy & the attachments on the purse handles look like they'll last. Cool designed too. Inside pockets aren't great & block the space that's kinda usable. Just too small for what I need. The zippers are plastic & tug @ the end when u try to close em. Not good design @ all. I doubt they'll hold up. Really wanted to like this purse but it's not worth returning it so I'll donate it to Goodwill maybe someone can use it. The crossbody strap is a good point as it's made REALLY well with a soft fabric on the underside so it's comfortable on the shoulders & the color is a rich color. The front bottom pocket zippers tug a little unless the pull on the front to close em. All in all not made well on the design. Then again this is by my needed preferences. Others these may not bother someone else. I really did want this to work but it didn't so it's onto my purse hunting once again. U never know till u order one & see how it works but that gets expensive. Hope this helps someone. Quick delivery tho

Love this bag not too big not too small. It the perfect size. A lot of compartments.
