Is this model available with the ceramic filter and fluoride attachment?

No it is not. The Berkey company says this about this model "Due to the outdoor use of this system, the Berkey PF-2 Post Reduction element is typically not necessary, nor do they fit within the Go Berkey system." I hope that answers your question.

How often does it need to be primed?

If you let the filter dry out then you'll need to prime it. When you clean it then normally you'll also need to prime it. I use mine every single day so, unless I let the filter get dry or I have just cleaned it, I haven't needed to re-prime it. This might sound bad, or good, but I normally clean the black filter about once every 6 months or so. When the water takes longer then about an hour to filter through. I figure as long as it is working well, then I don't mess with a good thing ;) I do look at it every day to be sure nothing gross is growing but since I refill and use it 2 to 3 times each day, nothing seems to ever build up.

Where does the water come out from? I don't see a dispenser like I see in the other Berkey models!! How long does it take to filter one gallon?

I have purchased two of these. The first one works relatively quickly. The second takes a few hours to filter about 20 ounces, making it useless for most purposes. I fill at night for use in the morning. (NB: I know how to prime properly.) The black filters are not uniformly effective. I think that in some, like mine, the carbon is too tightly compressed.

Which 3M Scotch Brite pad do you use for cleaning?

You would only use the scrubbing pad on the filter itself when it needs to be cleaned, and you can use any kitchen scrubbing pad as long as there is no soap or chemicals on it.
