Exactly what I was looking for
This food journal is exactly what I was looking for and I am excited to start using it! Photos of the inside pages would have been helpful for me when ordering, so I have attached some.

Need to see pictures of pages!
Before I would even consider buying this daily food journal, I want to see pictures of the pages to see the layout of them and what all is offered as far as tracking goes. These two pictures of the cover are useless to say the least!

Great for tracking alot whilst trying to figure out an intolerance
Pleased with this, didnt mark 5 stars due to not having any images of the inside of the book which was annoying as i wanted to see what you can fill out before buying, hence why i have added pictures in my review.I got this to help track my daughters food intake and medicine intake as we try and work out what her intolerance/allergies may be whilst we wait to get anywhere with the doctors.I like how you can add at the back of the book foods to avoid or go ahead with and that there are 3 blank pages to make extra notes.

Very Useful
There's a range of these books made by the same author which can be very similar to each other. I've used this book straight out for 3 months. I got tired of writing my normal pill routine though, so after 3 months I bought this book: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1911492772 - the only difference is this book doesn't include supplements, medication, dosage, and caffeine intake - which was perfect for me.I wish you luck on finding what trigger foods cause you pain! I'm going to go for an allergy testing after I've figured out some trigger foods that ended me up in the hospital! I think everyone should carry out some food research because it really does make you look on the back of foods to see what's really in the ingredients!Very much happy with these series of books!

I have been using MyFitness Pal and Lose It app to track my food, both of which are great for macro counting however I wanted to monitor food intolerances instead.This books layout is perfect and I have been using it consistently for over 3 weeks now. Any time I have an intolerance trigger eg. breakout, stomach ache, I note it in the diary and use a mini sticky note at the top for the various categories of intolerance symptoms I am tracking.The only reason I docked it a mark is that there isn't a dedicated space for tracking your weight/ body measurements per week which I find useful personally. However there is lots of room on the page to input these yourself.Overall love it!

Brilliant layout, strong pages. Good book... but bigger than I was expecting it to be.Definitely not something you could pop in your handbag.

Great food diary to coincide with weight loss and tracking
Bought this for someone with diabetes and they are trying to lose weight they have found this book so helpful and we have ordered 4 more as it’s helps record and track
